As Shop Manager, drive your shop’s success by hitting labor and sales targets set by the Regional Shop Manager and Regional Operator.
Provide leadership for the crew by being the example and offering training as needed. Follow building, health, and Dutch culture standards while remaining compliant at all times. Create a platform for finding, defining, and attaining each individual’s compelling future goals.
Oversee all employees including onboarding, hiring, training, coaching, corrective action, and terminations. Ensure the shop is prepared to serve customers daily and meets all QA standards. Maintain good business practices like labor targets, cost of goods, and customer experience scores.
Model and meet expectations of all positions under supervision. Attend or host shop leadership meetings and monthly shop meetings. Lead, inspire, and develop each crew member to achieve the company mission.
Communicate upcoming specials, promotions, and changes to prepare the crew. Assist Regional Shop Manager or Regional Operator in identifying and remedying issues like maintenance needs. Be a good teammate, role model, and adhere to all company policies.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have Dutch Bros Shop Lead experience
- No disciplinary action for the past 90 days (coaching conversation with formal documentation)
- Must have the desire to become an Operator
- Obtain and maintain Food Handler Permit/Certification per state/local regulations
- Complete, pass, and maintain mandatory certificates, training, and knowledge tests
- Pass standard background check and MVR if applicable
- Valid driver’s license required for driving when necessary
