Ivy is Sydney's very own wonderland, with world class design, impeccable service and great food. Head up the Coffee Shop, a one-of-a-kind coffee operation within one of Sydney's most iconic entertainment precincts. Everyone needs a coffee to kick start the day.

Deliver a friendly welcoming smile as guests walk in the door, without compromising on memorable service and outstanding quality. Average between 100-120kg of coffee a week in this hustle and bustle venue. Handle a fast paced/high volume environment as an experienced coffee expert passionate about quality.

Lead and collaborate with a team of 10 talented baristas, responsible for driving, developing and training the team. Keep them motivated, energetic and enthusiastic at all times. Merivale's success focuses on building strong teams to deliver excellence.

Requirements

Trained in latte art
Experienced coffee expert
Passionate about quality coffee
Ability to handle fast paced/high volume environment
