Requirements

Passion for creating positive guest experiences in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate effectively in English or French
Familiarity with coffee preparation equipment and standards
Precision in handling cash, cards, and customer transactions
Enthusiasm and knowledge about coffee menu items and products
Comfortable standing for extended periods and multitasking

Responsibilities

Warmly welcome, recognize, and take beverage and food orders from guests in English or French within 30 seconds of entering the cafe
Use coffee making equipment and clean and maintain machines as needed
Prepare and present beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards
Accurately account for, process, and collect customer payments
Handle cash, process credit and debit cards, make change while complying with cash handling and loss prevention procedures
Stay knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu and restaurant products
