About this role

Responsible for production of a wide variety of intricate beverage recipes from a complex combination of ingredients, according to standardized recipes. Work in a fast-paced, high volume work environment using specialized kitchen equipment. Create an excellent experience for the customer through personalized service.

Able to learn and retain beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes while multitasking recipe production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation responsibilities. Operate and clean specialized kitchen equipment, troubleshoot issues, and refer to leadership as needed. Identify ingredients or finished products that do not meet quality standards and correct immediately.

Maintain safety and sanitation standards of the work area and prepare for semi-annual health department and external regulatory inspections. Demonstrate knowledge of products to fulfill highly specific customer requests accurately. Perform effective service recovery if products do not meet customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and communicate effectively in English
  • Basic math skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Previous food service experience (Preferred)
  • Previous cash handling experience (Preferred)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with operating specialized kitchen equipment
