As the Manager of a high-volume, premier corporate café, lead daily food service operations supporting a fast-paced, high-performing workplace. The café operates Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Oversee all aspects of operations to ensure a seamless and efficient guest experience. Success requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently execute at a high level.

Recruit, train, supervise, and coach two supervisors and approximately ten hourly associates, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and service excellence. Plan, promote, and execute special events and café initiatives aligned with workplace needs. Manage operating budgets and utilize POS systems for operational decisions.
