About this role
Become part of Restaurant Associates, the industry’s leading provider of dining and event catering for prestigious museums, performing arts centers, and corporations. As the Manager of a high-volume, premier corporate café, lead daily food service operations supporting a fast-paced, high-performing workplace. The café operates Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Oversee all aspects of operations to ensure a seamless and efficient guest experience. Success requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently execute at a high level.
Recruit, train, supervise, and coach two supervisors and approximately ten hourly associates, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and service excellence. Plan, promote, and execute special events and café initiatives aligned with workplace needs. Manage operating budgets and utilize POS systems for operational decisions.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant food service management experience
- Background in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, or related luxury food service environments
- Experience working in high-volume, quality-driven operations
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet-based tools
- ServSafe or Department of Health certification preferred
Responsibilities
